Who are you and why are you on my credit card statement?

Here at Host Clear we provide excellent hosting services, with great customer support all at value for money pricing. We have appeared on your statement as someone has ordered our services using your details.

I have no idea who HostClear is and why you charged me. How do I get my money back?
